TEXT: MARK 2:1-12

Mar 2:1 And when he returned to Capernaum after some days, it was reported that he was at home.
Mar 2:2 And many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even at the door. And he was preaching the word to them.
Mar 2:3 And they came, bringing to him a paralytic carried by four men.
Mar 2:4 And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him, and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed on which the paralytic lay.

INTRODUCTION
In part one, we treated SYMPTOMS/EFFECTS/POWER OF PARALYSIS – check our social media handles for details. In Part 2 we started treating the REAL STEPS TO DESTROY PARALYSIS.

TODAY WE WILL CONCLUDE “REAL STEPS TO DESTROY PARALYSIS”

7. THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY

Mar 2:4 And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, THEY REMOVED THE ROOF ABOVE HIM

1. Thank you because you will give me a way out of whatever paralyzing situation that I am in! I challenge you Lord to prove your faithfulness in my life!
2. Every remaining blockade to joy and lasting peace in my life, blocking access via the door, window, roof or wall – I remove them now!
3. I remove everything that is blocking off my access to greatness, joy and peace!
4. The way, the hole, the access that is coming will be big enough for me and my loved ones to enter into our rest!
5. To destroy paralysis, If I do not or cannot see the way, send helpers with better eyesight to see it and make the hole for me to enter!
6. From now, every new way and access that you give me will fit me and will meet my needs!

8. YOU WILL AND MUST ARRIVE!

Mar 2:4 But because of the crowd, they could not get him to Jesus. So they made a hole in the roof above him and LET THE MAN DOWN IN FRONT OF EVERYONE.

“and LET THE MAN DOWN IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. “
7. Daddy, let me down to where I will finally get the help that I need.
8. Take me to the next bus stop of “immediate and everlasting intervention”. Take me to the emergency room of divine intervention.
9. Daddy, I will not arrive at the place that will worsen my challenges in Jesus name.
10. When I “arrive”, it will be obvious, it will be visible that I have obtained mercy.

9. YOU WILL RECEIVE COMPLETE AND FULL THERAPY

Mar 2:5 When Jesus saw how much faith they had, he said to the crippled man, “My friend, your sins are forgiven.”

THE STEADFAST LOVE OF THE LORD NEVER CEASES

Lam 3:22 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end;
Lam 3:23 they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
Lam 3:24 “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”

11. Daddy if the challenge I have and the paralysis I have been facing in any area of my life is due to sin and disobedience, please forgive me! Please have mercy now.
12. Every power of Sin that is still in my life making me struggle – forgive and deliver me in the name of Jesus!

10. REMOVE AND IGNORE THE DISTRACTION

IGNORE THE SCRIBES – THEY MAY BE LETTERED BUT THEY ARE SELFISH AND LACK EMPATHY!
Mar 2:6 Now some of the scribes were sitting there, questioning in their hearts,
Mar 2:7 “Why does this man speak like that? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”
Mar 2:8 And immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they thus questioned within themselves, said to them, “Why do you question these things in your hearts?

13. Every distraction that is not allowing me to focus till I get my breakthrough – I remove them and relocate myself from them in the name of Jesus!
14. Whatever they want to say, let them say. Father show me and show them that you are bigger than the expectation of men in my life!
15. Lord, I challenge you to use me and my story to show the whole word that even when people question someone’s future, YOU CAN AND WILL MAKE HIM GREAT!

11. YOU WILL BE A PROOF

Mar 2:9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’?
Mar 2:10 BUT THAT YOU MAY KNOW THAT THE SON OF MAN HAS AUTHORITY ON EARTH TO FORGIVE SINS”—he said to the paralytic

16. Lord, make my story and testimony so great that when people hear it, they will see and marvel at what God can do.
17. USE ME! USE MY LIFE! USE MY STORY TO CONFRONT UNBELIEF IN THIS WORLD. SHOW THEM THAT MY GOD IS ALIVE AND HELPS!
18. Deliver me, give me a testimony and use it to destroy unbelief in people’s life!

12. IT WILL HAPPEN

Mar 2:11 “I say to you, rise, pick up your bed, and go home.”
Mar 2:12 And he rose and immediately picked up his bed and went out before them all, so that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”

19. The instruction to rise and pick up and go with joy – release it into my life and destiny!
20. The power of “urgency” and “immediacy” that helps a man overcome all forms of paralysis immediately and permanently – release it into my life now
21. FINANCIALLY, “I WILL ARISE, PICK UP MY BED AND GO HOME” AND CELEBRATE!
22. PHYSICALLY AND HEALTH WISE, “I WILL ARISE, PICK UP MY BED AND GO HOME” AND CELEBRATE!

“saying, “We never saw anything like this!”
23. That which will make people glorify you and say ““We never saw anything like this!” – GIVE IT AND DO IT TO ME!

LAST PRAYER POINT
24. DADDY –ALL FORMS OF PARALYSIS THAT HAS RENDERED ME USELESS AND IRRELEVANT IN SOME OR MOST PART OF MY LIFE AND LIVING, END IT NOW! HEAL ME! DELIVER ME! QUICKEN ME!
