INTRODUCTION

Act 27:22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer, for there will be no casting away of life among you, only of the ship.
Act 27:23 For tonight an angel of God stood beside me, whose I am and whom I serve,
Act 27:24 saying, Fear not, Paul! You must stand before Caesar. And behold! God has given you all those who sail with you.
Act 27:25 Therefore, men, be of good cheer, for I believe God, that it will be so, according to the way it was told me.

1. THE FACT THAT THE STORM IS VERY BAD IS NOT A REASON TO GIVE UP!

Act 27:18 The storm was so fierce that the next day they threw some of the ship’s cargo overboard.
It was so bad that for days – all was dark
Act 27:20 For several days we could not see either the sun or the stars. A strong wind kept blowing, and we finally gave up all hope of being saved.

1. Every spirit of stubbornness that makes a man blind to impending danger – lose your hold in my life.
2. In whatever way I have ignored you and your word – have mercy on me!
3. Lord, cause me to see miles ahead and avert pain!
4. To avert any impending danger – WARN ME! ALERT ME.

” For several days we could not see either the sun or the stars”
5. Every storm that is fierce and making me lose hope, in the name of Jesus – STOP!
6. Every storm of life that has turned me to who you have not designed me to be – STOP!
7. No matter how bad it looks now, I will see again! I will laugh again! I will win again
8. As the Lord lives, the days of gloom and uncertainty in my life is over!

9. This strong wind that is blowing to cause me pain – STOP

2. IN THE MIDDLE OF CONFUSION, FEAR AND REGRET, YOUR INSURANCE IS FOUNDED IN THE WORD

Act 27:22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship.

10. Daddy, the word of life! the word of hope – give me now!
11. Even in the midst of hopelessness – give me hope!
12. As the Lord lives, I will have no loss!
13. I speak authoritatively as a servant of the Lord, concerning me and my family – no more losses!
14. I decree concerning you – (INSERT NAME) – it will be alright.

3. GOD WILL PROTECT HIS OWN AND FIGHT FOR THEM

Act 27:23 For tonight an angel of God stood beside me, whose I am and whom I serve,

15. As the Lord lives, from now – your power will show that I am yours!
16. Daddy – for those doubting my credentials – show them, that I serve a living God.
17. The losses that has made men question my relationship with you – reverse it in Jesus name
Daddy, STAND BY ME!
18. I COMMIT, I DECLARE, I WILL SERVE YOU FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!

4. YOUR INSURANCE AGAINST LOSSES COVERS ALL AROUND YOU!

Act 27:24 saying, Fear not, Paul! You must stand before Caesar. And behold! God has given you all those who sail with you.

19. From now – I will be a game changer!
20. Everyone you have given me will have no loss!
21. I and all you have given me will walk in divine insurance and protection!
22. I decree, ( insert names of all concerned), you will not suffer loss in the name of Jesus.

5. YOUR COURAGE IN GOD AND HIS WORD WILL NOT WASTE

Act 27:25 Therefore, men, be of good cheer, for I believe God, that it will be so, according to the way it was told me.

23. Father, I believe you , I will not be put to shame!
24. Even when I have given up, you are faithful – I will see your hand in my life and that of my family!
25. Lord! as you have spoken concerning me and my destiny – so shall it be!

6. CHEER UP AND BE ENCOURAGED!

Act 27:36 Then they all were encouraged and ate some food themselves.

26. I, ( insert name) I am encouraged, I am lifted! It is well with me!
