TEXT: LUKE 24: 1-6

Luk 24:1 Very early on Sunday morning the women went to the tomb, carrying the spices they had prepared.
Luk 24:2 They found the stone rolled away from the entrance to the tomb,
Luk 24:3 so they went in; but they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
Luk 24:4 They stood there puzzled about this, when suddenly two men in bright shining clothes stood by them.
Luk 24:5 Full of fear, the women bowed down to the ground, as the men said to them, “Why are you looking among the dead for one who is alive?
Luk 24:6 He is not here; he has been raised. Remember what he said to you while he was in Galilee:

5 THINGS HAPPENED WHEN JESUS ROSE!

A. A NEW DAWN!
Luk 24:1 But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared.
The Easter and resurrection event symbolizes a new beginning that we need to tap in

1. Lord, give me a brand new month! Let this month be new all wise!
2. Daddy, give me a freshly minted year where dead occurrences and failures expires!
3. Let the first week of a new resurrection year creates new events in my life
4. Every negative event- medical or financial that is occupying my attention – terminate them.
5. From now, when people visit me – it will be to congratulate me!
6. In every area where my dreams had been prematurely terminated – send a NEW DAWN!

B. NEW DISCOVERY AND FREEDOM

Luk 24:2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb,
When a man is free and has liberty, you can choose! You have full expression for your destiny!

PROPHETIC WORD FOR THIS NEW RESSURECTION SEASON – SAUL
1Sa 10:6 The Spirit of the LORD will suddenly take control of you. You’ll become a different person and start prophesying right along with them.
1Sa 10:7 After these things happen, do whatever you think is right! God will help you.

7. Every Stone of pain and regret – be rolled away!
8. Every stone of rejection and opposition – be rolled away!
9. Every stone of repeated failures – be rolled away!
10. Every stone of negative expectations – be rolled away!
11. THE STONE OF UNREALIZED DREAMS AND EXPECTATIONS – BE ROLLED AWAY
12. Uncommon surprises – find me!

C. NEW LOCATION
Luk 24:3 they went in. But they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus,

After this encounter, the Lord will uproot you and your family and relocate you to where you need to be.

13. From now, In the place of deadness and hopelessness, they will not find you!
14. In the place of pain and diseases, they will not find you!

15. Lord! relocate me from the zone of shame and hatred this month!
16. From the tomb of sickness and infirmities, I will not be found.
17. Where the list of failures were collated – remove my name Lord!
18. Every wisdom I need to make progress forward – give me now!
19. That same power that raised Jesus from the dead – relocate me NOW!
20. From now, when they see me – they will see Jesus!

D. NEW SURPRISES AND PUZZLES!

Luk 24:4 And as they were much perplexed about it, it happened that, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments.
CEV – Luk 24:4 and they did not know what to think.
GNB- Luk 24:4 They stood there puzzled about this,

21. MAKE ME A WONDER!
22. I prophesy, from now, I and all that you have given me will be a wonder!
23. Lord this new month – surprise me!

E. NEW LIFE! NEW LEVEL!
Luk 24:5 Full of fear, the women bowed down to the ground, as the men said to them, “Why are you looking among the dead for one who is alive?
Luk 24:6 He is not here; he has been raised.
At the end of the day – Resurrection brings life!

24. I decree – Life will come into my life!
25. I decree – Life will come into my home!
26. I decree – Life will come into my destiny!
