TEXT : 2 SAM 9: 1-END

We continue our series of what God can do as we see the principles and operations behind the sudden transformation of Mephibosheth from a nobody to somebody!

8. IT HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAY YOU SEE YOURSELF.

2 Sam 9:7 And David said to him, “Do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul your father, and you shall eat at my table always.”
2 Sam 9:8 And he paid homage and said, “What is your servant, that you should show regard for a dead dog such as I?”

David brought Jonathan into perspective and revealed his plans to Mephibosheth and see the guy’s response – “What is your servant, that you should show regard for a dead dog such as I?”

1. Father, every name that is not mine that life has given me – delete them permanently
2. Every tag of a perpetual and recurrent failure that I have carried for years – end it now.
3. Every name that men have called me that has traumatized me and cause me pain for years – delete it permanently.
4. Every name that I have called myself that has traumatized me and cause me pain for years – delete it permanently.
5. Every power that is killing my self esteem – Cease! Cease! Cease! In the name of Jesus.
6. The power of discouragement that has paralyzed me and my ability to move forward – STOP
7. Father, That mindset of a failure – deliver me now!
8. Every mindset that keeps telling me that I cannot become – expire.
9. I decree, ( insert name) begin to eat with kings greater than you!
10. The spirit of a helpless dog – leave me alone!
11. The spirit of a dead dog – leave me alone!
12. The distance between where I am at and where you will take me – let it be wide!
13. Lift me up now! Raise my head now!

1 Sam 17:43 “Do you think I’m a dog?” Goliath asked. “Is that why you’ve come after me with a stick?” He cursed David in the name of the Philistine gods

14. Every eyes that is looking down on me like a dog – surprise them!
15. Every oppressor and their stick that is oppressing me – both the stick and the oppressor – dethrone them!

Pro 26:11 Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness.

16. Every stronghold of stagnancy that makes a man return to sin and vomit – be uprooted!
17. Every trait of a Dog in terms of stupidity and lack of self control – uproot it in my life

Ecc_9:4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

18. Daddy – GIVE ME HOPE! GIVE ME LIFE! GIVE MY LIFE FRESH BREATH!

9. WHEN GOD FINISHES WITH YOU, YOUR LEVEL CHANGES

2 Sam 9:9 Then the king called Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said to him, “All that belonged to Saul and to all his house I have given to your master’s grandson.

From Lo-debar to the Palace, He became a VIP – all in one day.

19. Whatever it will take – change my level now!
20. With your mighty hand – change my status today and now!
21. “All that belongs to me” that has been hanging – give me now!
22. Lord, spiritually and emotionally – change my “wardrobe”
23. Before the end of this month – send me new circle of friends for greatness!
24. Everything that is befitting for people my age – adjust my level to it.
25. Every good thing that I have tasted in the past that has disappear – bring down a greater glory!

10. GOD WILL USE YOUR TESTIMONY TO CONFOUND THE UNBELIEVERS!

2 Sam 9:10 And you and your sons and your servants shall till the land for him and shall bring in the produce, that your master’s grandson may have bread to eat. But Mephibosheth your master’s grandson shall always eat at my table.” Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.

26. Lord increase my faith Lord. Help me Lord – increase my faith for the impossible.
27. Do things for me that will “shook” me and the whole world!
28. Use the foolishness of helping me to confound the wise!

Isa 43:19 Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isa 43:20 The wild beasts will honor me, the jackals and the ostriches, for I give water in the wilderness, rivers in the desert, to give drink to my chosen people,
Isa 43:21 the people whom I formed for myself that they might declare my praise.

29. Let new things spring forth for me!
30. Give me water! New water! New spring of Life!

11. WHATSOEVER THE LORD DOES WILL BE PERMANENT COMPLETELY PERMANENT

2 Sam 9:11 Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s sons.
2 Sam 9:13 So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: FOR HE DID EAT CONTINUALLY AT THE KING’S TABLE; AND WAS LAME ON BOTH HIS FEET.

31. TURN THE MESS IN MY LIFE TO A MESSAGE!
32. FROM NOW, I WILL LIVE IN THE “JERUSALEM OF LIFE”
33. FROM NOW, I WILL EAT AT THE KINGS TABLE CONTINUALLY!
