DAY ONE – THANKSGIVING AND PRAISE  – 27TH DECEMBER 2015

DAY ONE – SCRIPTURAL TEXTS
Psa 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
Psa 116:17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

Isa 51:3 “I will show compassion to Jerusalem, to all who live in her ruins. Though her land is a desert, I will make it a garden, like the garden I planted in Eden. Joy and gladness will be there, and songs of praise and thanks to me.

Jer 30:18 The LORD says, “I will restore my people to their land and have mercy on every family; Jerusalem will be rebuilt, and its palace restored.
Jer 30:19 The people who live there will sing praise; they will shout for joy. By my blessing they will increase in numbers; my blessing will bring them honor.
Jer 30:20 I will restore the nation’s ancient power and establish it firmly again; I will punish all who oppress them.

Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Psa 52:9 I will always thank you, God, for what you have done; in the presence of your people I will proclaim that you are good.

DAY ONE PRAYER POINTS
IN THE NAME OF JESUS…

1. Father, I am grateful for all that I am and all that I have – (state them)

2. Lord I deeply appreciate your hand and your finger upon my life. Lord! I thank you for deliverance through the past 12months – sea, land, air and everywhere. Thank you for journey mercies all through the year – sea, land, air and at home!

3. I appreciate you that despite all I am alive to give thanks. Please Lord accept my thanksgiving offering of praise for all you have done.

4. Daddy I am grateful for (mention one by one the name of people he has given you -Families, Friends, Colleagues, Associates) and the reason. ( Take time to thank God for them – ONE by ONE mentioning

5. Thank you Lord because it is by your mercy that we have not been consumed. I am personally grateful for the opportunity to pray and talk to you. I am grateful for the Power of Prayers and the sanctity of your Grace.

6. I am grateful for your saving grace for me and my family

7. Thank you Lord for all you have done for me in the month of…..Name the months and what He did ONE by ONE.
Make a detailed list and be as detailed as possible with a grateful heart – write them in you prayer journal as you pray. Keep them for posterity because they will not come back to cause you pain in Jesus name

8. Thank you Lord for all that I have lost shall be restored in the coming months and years

9. Daddy thank you for the Power of praise – thank you for your Blessing Uncommon. Thank you for lifting up my spirit. Thank you for giving me Hope. Thank you for a new and fresh beginning.

10. Thank you Lord that despite all – I am a winner!

11. Daddy, today I proclaim that you are good! If not for you, it could have been worse. Lord, only the living praises you! Only the living have hope. Thanks for the gift of life for me and my family members.

12. Lord I am grateful for the salvation of my soul (if you are not sure of your Salvation in Christ, this is a good time to make peace with God by confessing your sins)

13. Lord, Please take the glory for the best, the good and the seemingly bad. Take the glory for all that I have and don’t have. Take the Glory for movement and the temporary backward ones

BONUS THANKSGIVING PRAYERS (spend time with these ones)

14. Thank you Lord because irrespective of the evidence, I am not a failure and I refused to be labeled as such. Thank you because, my family, my business and my future is not a failure. Thank you Lord because you never give up on people. Thank you for being real to me. Above all, thanks you because my future and my destiny is safe in Jesus name.

15. Thank you Lord because SIN will not define me. Thank you because from today, The strength and commitment you for the rest of my life will never depart from me. Thank you because I and all that you have given me – we will be for signs and for Wonders.
