God has been helping us and we are grateful for your leadership in the place of prayer. God bless you and yours immensely. You will never fail nor falter and you will not retrogress in Jesus Name.

GOD IS FAITHFUL – CHILDREN ACADEMIC, WORK PROGRESS AND VISA’S SORTED

I am a living testament to God’s faithfulness and how He continues to use EVB and HOP to make a way for me in the place of prayer.

During the 11^th hour summit, I testified about how God granted one of my daughters admission for her Masters degree in a UK University and how another one was selected for a Student Exchange program in Europe. I promised to come back and share testimonies of God’s faithfulness.  To the glory of God, the one selected in the UK travelled in December and has since started her MSc program. However, she had been searching for a job within the allowance of 20 hours permitted for students. After so many interviews and near opportunities, she received an offer letter for a job on April 4. I am grateful to God because this prayer point was consistently dropped on the HOP prayer altar and in our private closets and God honoured the prayers of His people.

For my other daughter, several obstacles had to be crossed even just to get her visa – it turned out they do not issue visa from Nigeria and she had to travel to another African country to be able to process her visa. The enemy kept firing arrows of despair and discouragement because the program started in February and she could not even get a visa to go to the country where she was going to apply for the main visa, but I thank God for the shield of faith and our prayers and those of His saints. Eventually the visa for the African country was granted and God in a miraculous way provided a place for us to stay – the family was not only warm and accommodating but they also joined in prayers. It was a very difficult and tedious process. On the 1^st of March as I was in the HOP session, my phone rang and it was a foreign number, initially I did not want to pick the call, but I looked at the number and the Spirit of God nudged me to pick it – lo and behold, it was the embassy calling her to come and pick up her passport – the visa had been approved. She travelled the following day for her program. God used people we knew and even STRANGERS to help us all the way – I return all glory to Him alone. God made a way, when our backs were against the wall and it looked as if it was over…..

My prayer for EVB and the entire HOP family is that God’s mighty Hands will uphold us continually and steadfastly till the change we desire come to reality in Jesus Name.
