I WILL BEG NO MORE – HOUR OF POWER OF 2ND AUGUST 2017

There is nothing as powerful as one being free to choose and having options! There is a spirit called ” the spirit of a beggar”. There is a life known as the life of a beggar! Our quest today is to cry to the Lord to free us from the spirit of a beggar.

TEXT: ACTS 3:1-13             

A BEGGAR IS ALWAYS CARRIED BY SOMEONE ELSE

Whether physically, financially – a beggar is always carried by someone else!             

Act 3:2  There at the Beautiful Gate, as it was called, was a man who had been lame all his life.              Every day he was carried to the gate to beg for money from the people who were going into                        the Temple.

  1. The curse of always being carried by someone else – Lord break it now!
  2. I am tired! I am tired of being carried! Set me free!
  3. I don’t care what is it! Drugs, Men, Women, Food etc – EVERY ADDICTION THAT HAS TURNED ME TO A BEGGAR – Deliver me now!
  4. ” Lame all his life” – Lord, every incapacitation that I have experienced from day one of my life and for better part of my life, Lord, deliver me.
  5. They dumped him at the beautiful gate and yet his life was miserable. Lord in the name of Jesus, every contradiction executed by the spirit of begging in the life  of ( insert your name) – be terminated.
  6. “EVERY DAY” – I decree in the name of Jesus that the SEASON of begging cease in Jesus name.
  7. Begging is abusive – Lord, put an end to all forms of abuse in my life.

A BEGGAR HAS NO CHOICE Act 3:2  There at the Beautiful Gate, as it was called, was a man who had been lame all his life. Every day he was carried to the gate to beg for money from the people who were going into the Temple.

  1. Lord, give me a choice! Give me options!
  2. From now and from today, “ona oni di mo mi mo” – I will not be stranded!
  3. They dumped him there because he has no choice. Lord in the name of Jesus, in every area of my life where I have been dumped – Surprise them!

If he want to feed, they have to buy for him. If he want to pee or poo – he will need help!

  1. Every affliction/disease that has rendered me “invalid” in some areas of life – Lord, end it now.
  2. Every stain that begging has brought on me and my family – remove now and remove it permanently.
  3. I command you ( insert name) – You will have choices. Receive options. Your chains are broken.
  4. The tendency and programming to be cornered into a situation where I don’t have options – Lord put an end to it.
  5. I decree from today, I will not be dumped again! I receive power to be independent.

A BEGGAR ONLY NEEDS ONLY A DAY FOR HIS DESTINY TO CHANGE Act 3:1  One day Peter and John went to the Temple at three o’clock in the afternoon, the hour for prayer.

  1. “ONE DAY” today and ” EACH DAY” before
  2. Daddy – Turn today to the day! The day of ( insert the type of day you desire)
  3. ” at the hour for prayer” – THIS IS THE HOUR OF POWER – VISIT ME NOW IN JESUS NAME.
  4. Every longstanding prayers – Lord, this NEW month, hear me speedily!

THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE Act 3:3  The man saw Peter and John entering the temple, and he asked them for money. Act 3:4  But they looked straight at him and said, “Look up at us!” Act 3:5  The man stared at them and thought he was going to get something.

  1. Lord, release the right people into my life!
  2. Every stranger that I do not know now but need to make progress, bring them my way.
  3. I command the law of divine connections to work for me AND FREE ME FROM BEGGING.
  4. Even when I do not know that it is an opportunity, Lord help to “look” the right direction.
  5. Wherever my divine helpers are, give them a burden/push until they find and help me.
  6. The “ANOINTING” and “GRACE” we need to connect to – RELEASE THEM TO US!
  7. From now, in the name of Jesus, I will not look in vain. I will not seek in vain.
  8. LORD, every error and compromise that the art of begging had brought on me – Let mercy speak for me.
  9. The next opportunity to move from begging to independence coming my way, I will not miss it and will utilize it well in Jesus name.
  10. “Look up at us!” In the name of Jesus I look up today and will not be disappointed!

THE NAME OF JESUS WORKS AGAINST WHATEVER MAKES YOU A BEGGAR Act 3:6  But Peter said, “I don’t have any silver or gold! But I will give you what I do have. In the name of Jesus Christ from Nazareth, get up and start walking.” Act 3:7  Peter then took him by the right hand and helped him up. At once the man’s feet and ankles became strong,

  1. Father, what my money cannot do, what my beauty, fame, connections, relationships cannot do – do it for me OH LORD!
  2. Wherever and in Whatever areas of my life that “Silver or Gold” cannot solve – LET HEAVEN INTERVENE FOR ME!
  3. I command – In the name of Jesus Christ from Nazareth ( insert your name) – get up and start walking.

WHEN YOU ARE FREE FROM THE POWER OF BEGGING – IT IS VISIBLE Act 3:8  and he jumped up and started walking. He went with Peter and John into the temple, walking and jumping and praising God. Act 3:9  Everyone saw him walking around and praising God.

  1. IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I am free from begging, I am free from pain, I am free from abuses, I am free from loneliness, I am free from
  2. IN THIS MONTH, EVERYONE WILL SEE US WALKING AND PRAISING

FOR IN JESUS NAME WE HAVE PRAYED!
