1. There are really no specific rules concerning and older woman marrying a younger man and they are individual. In some cases it works well and in some its tough.
2. The two parties must however acknowledge that it would bring its own challenges and once they can figure out how to balance it – they would be fine.
3. The woman would have to be ready to be consciously more submissive in approach and speech and the guy would have to lower his ego not to be struggling to assert undue authority out of inferiority complex.
